Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our parts, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned.
1. Return Eligibility ✅

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

You will need your original order number or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items ❌
For safety and liability reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Electrical components (e.g., ECUs, ignition modules, sensors).

Intimate apparel (e.g., pierced earrings).
-
Special Orders or custom-made parts.
-
Software and digital downloads.
-
Parts that have been installed, modified, welded, or altered in any way.

Clearance items (will be marked as such).
3. Return Process 🔄
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@harleyheritage.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 2: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Mail your return to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Refunds 💵

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges 🔧

We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, provided they are in stock. Please follow the standard return process and note that you would like an exchange.

For defective or incorrect items received, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the exchange.
6. Warranty Claims 📜

Most parts are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please see the product page or packaging for specific warranty details.

For warranty claims, please contact us directly. Do not return the item without an RMA number.
