Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our parts, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned.

1. Return Eligibility ✅

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You will need your original order number or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items ❌

For safety and liability reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components (e.g., ECUs, ignition modules, sensors).

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., pierced earrings).

  • Special Orders or custom-made parts.

  • Software and digital downloads.

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, welded, or altered in any way.

  • Clearance items (will be marked as such).

3. Return Process 🔄

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@harleyheritage.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 2: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Mail your return to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refunds 💵

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges 🔧

  • We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, provided they are in stock. Please follow the standard return process and note that you would like an exchange.

  • For defective or incorrect items received, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the exchange.

6. Warranty Claims 📜

  • Most parts are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please see the product page or packaging for specific warranty details.

  • For warranty claims, please contact us directly. Do not return the item without an RMA number.
